I have absolutely loved working with Andrea over the last few weeks. I have been a keen runner and a cyclist for a few years but have never properly delved into gym or strength training and truly didn’t have much of an idea as to what to do. Andrea has helped me build strength and confidence in the gym, trying new exercises and giving me proper form cues, and I can see the results of this and feel stronger on the bike and with my running. For the first time I genuinely love going the gym and can’t wait to get stronger and faster!

Working with Andrea 1:1 was such an easy, accessible, and fun way to have personal training. I loved being able to do it virtually and having access to Andrea’s accountability and oversight in the app was really helpful. It was surprisingly easy to leave notes or comments and get tweaks to the program as needed, and the regular zoom calls with Andrea took this up a notch too, making sure everything was really tailored to my needs. The app itself was great for rescheduling workouts to fit into my week and seeing my PRs and improvements was great. Overall, the workouts Andrea programmed for me felt easy to complete, even the challenging ones! They weren’t taxing on my nervous system, and instead were fun and focused on my needs and goals. Couldn’t recommend more!
