Helping you move confidently and comfortably, no matter where you start. My goal is to help you build a long-lasting and sustainable relationship with movement—whatever way you choose to get moving.
Hi! I’m Andrea, a certified personal trainer with a background in Kinesiology, specializing in sport science, anatomy, and physiology. I believe everyone deserves to move their bodies in a way that feels good—at their own pace, free from societal pressures.
For over 10 years, I’ve worked with individuals and groups of all fitness levels to create personalized movement plans that build confidence and help people develop a more positive relationship with exercise. Whether helping someone prepare for a race, gain confidence in the gym, or just move better day-to-day, my goal is to make movement a fun and empowering part of life.
When I’m not coaching, I’m an avid cyclist and trail runner. I’ve competed in multiple gravel and road races and am currently training for my first ultra-trail race. Movement is my creative outlet, helping me stay mentally and physically resilient while exploring the outdoors.
I believe movement connects us—to ourselves, to others, and to the world around us. My mission is to help you build a movement practice that fits your unique goals, empowering you to show up and enjoy the big, exciting things in life.
