~Elevated Runners Lunge w/reach 5x side
~Tension Style Dead-Bug 5x side
~Plank Pushes 10 total
~Glute Bridge 10 total
~Push-Ups 5-10
~Front Foot Raised Step Backs 5x side
~Slide Lunge w/reach 5x side
~Squats w/reach 10 total
Repeat 2-4x depending on how much time you have
Yoga blocks can be a great way to create extra stability in the body while keeping exercises low impact & non-loaded.
They can also be a great tool to help make certain exercises more approachable by using the block to help bring the ‘floor to you’ (as shown in the runners lunge variation).
My personal fav out of all of these is the push-up variation using the block for added stability. More stability = more power aka. Your push-ups miiiight feel easier/stronger….
