Stretch

Low stress, and max relaxin. A nice collection of full body stretches to help your body chill-out, slow down, and recover. These movements will help create space in the body because extra space = more fun


Three things to know

Expect to: Slow down, breathe, mobilize, and stretch

Pick from: Full body, or more isolated to a specific joint

Equipment: Cozy clothes, and some space

Expect to: Stabilize, glute bridge, bird-dog, and single legged deadlift

Pick From: Full body, glutes, core, and arms

Equipment: Bodyweight, and sometimes light weights

 

 

Strength

Consciously curated full body functional strength movements, that will take your body through multiple planes of motion to build strength throughout the whole body.

Expect to: Squat, deadlift, lunge, row, and push

Pick from: Full body, lower body, and upper body to better suite your mood

Equipment: Body weight, or with dumbbells. Whatever you feel up to

Sweat

At your own pace interval training designed to get your heart rate up, and leave you dripping sweat, all while having fun. These workouts have lots of options to keep it low impact so your joints, nervous system, and downstairs neighbours can stay happy.


Three things to know

Expect to: Lateral bound, burpee, jumping jack, and plank

Pick from: A variety of workout lengths from a quick 20min, all the way to 45min

Equipment: Bodyweight, and sometimes we use light weights
