ICYMI Andrea is leading a 20-day self-paced movement challenge. For the month of June, we are committing to twenty days of movement whether that be biking, walking, baking or cleaning…honestly anything that gets you moving and feeling good!

There’s a lot of negative messaging around movement this time of year. Instead of moving to reach a solely physical result, this challenge is designed to get you moving exactly how would want, in a way that makes you feel good.
