AFFM has always been a place for us to connect through movement, and all things Fun Moves. With the goal of building a community of like minded individuals who like to have a fun time together 🤸‍♂️

I hope to continue to create content that inspires us to move our bodies for ourselves, when and how it feels right for us, wherever the heck we want
