A Few Fun Moves is a collection of workouts, exercises, and lifestyle support to help you maintain a fun relationship with movement, your body, and yourself. At AFFM we believe moving should always be for yourself, at your own pace, when and how it feels right for you. We like to have a good time and will always say yes to a good bowl of pasta.

At A Few Fun Moves we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to move their body in a way that feels good, and is fun for them regardless of financial barriers. With our AFFM scholarship program we are working towards making our community, and platform as affirming as possible. We encourage individuals who have not traditionally seen themselves represented within the fitness industry to apply.
I move my body for my mental health, and for myself. It’s always on my own terms, when it feels good. I love strength training, riding my bike ride in nature, and having a tasty meal.
My teaching style is simple, consciously programmed, fun, intentional, and sometimes cheeky. I want to challenge you to slow down, move with more purpose, and feel good.
